This Privacy Statement sets out how Kristina Kelly Photography obtains, stores and uses your personal information when you use or interact with this website, https://www.kristinakelly.photography, or where your personal information is otherwise obtained or collected. The data from this form is emailed to the address listed above and stored there, in most cases dating back to when each form was created. GMail is powered and hosted by Google, and you can read their Privacy Policy here – https://policies.google.com/privacy.

The website server for https://www.kristinakelly.photography is accessible by the website host however website host does not have access to the data voluntarily submitted by the Data Subject via the contact form.

By completing the contact form you agree to Kristina Kelly contacting you about Kristina Kelly Photography’s services. You will not be added to any mailing lists and will only be contacted by Kristina Kelly personally in relation to your enquiry. We may share personal information with our service providers that perform services on our behalf. For example, we use third parties to help us provide customer support, manage our advertisements on other sites, manage contracts and invoices, host our Clients’ online galleries and other communications on our behalf or assist with data storage.


We do not use an e-mail marketing service and you will not be entered into any subscriptions without your explicit consent.

We take care over the processes around looking after personal data stored on our physical systems. Kristina Kelly Photography holds the following personal data of clients:

iii) Phone numbers

within soft copy and sometimes hard copy notes, as well as soft and hard copy client documents. Soft copy contracts and questionnaires are safely stored within our password protected home office computer and backed up to an external hard drive. Client photos are safely stored within my password protected home office computer and backed up to two external hard drives.

We do not retain your personal information for no longer than necessary, taking into account any legal obligations we have (e.g. to maintain records for tax purposes) and any other legal basis we have for using your personal information e.g. your consent, performance of a contract with you or our legitimate interests as a business.


We do our best to keep your Personal Data safe.  We use safe protocols for communication and transferring data (such as HTTPS). We use anonymising and pseudonymising where suitable. We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.

Even though we try our best we cannot guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.


Where applicable law requires (and subject to any relevant exceptions under law), you may have the right to access, update, change or delete personal information.
